You appoint ComplyBlock for a 12 or 24 month term, priced per unit across the portfolio. Fees are agreed upfront and paid monthly.

Ongoing Management

We manage compliance on an ongoing basis — surveys, actions, renewals, documents, and reporting — all kept up to date and accessible.

How Pricing Works

Pricing is agreed at portfolio level, not per building or per task.

Compliance Management Fees

Your ongoing management fee covers the day-to-day work of managing compliance across the portfolio. Based on:

  • Number of buildings and residential units
  • Type of buildings and risk level
  • What we are responsible for managing
  • Portfolio size — larger portfolios benefit from efficiencies

Surveys & Inspections

Statutory surveys and inspections are priced separately. Where possible, pricing is agreed in advance and kept consistent. Based on:

  • The type of survey or inspection
  • Building size and complexity
  • Risk level and access requirements

 

ComplyBlock organises the surveys, reviews the results, and ensures everything is logged and acted on.

A. Fire risk assessments should be done annually, asbestos re-inspections every year, legionella every 2 years (annually if high-risk), and electrical testing (EICR) every 5 years. We’ll guide you based on your property’s needs.
